Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all financial reports and pricing on an everyday basis.
∎ Capable of dealing with TAX and VAT related issues for agro based industry.
∎ Administer all accounts and budgets for various departments, perform audits.
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger and other registers related to finance and accounts.
∎ Prepare monthly sales and purchase, inventory and cash flow statement.
∎ To prepare Accounts statement (Monthly, Quarterly/ Yearly).
∎ Capable of maintaining Customer & Supplier payment and adjustment.
∎ Ensure properly and timely record keeping of books of accounts.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
∎ Dealing with Bank and other financial institute.
∎ Maintain operational/ financial activities of accounts department.
∎ Prepare monthly reconciliation report.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about International Accounting Standard (IAS) - 41(agriculture)
∎ CA (cc)/ACCA/CMA is partly completed is preferable
∎ Work experience in accounting software can be an added advantage.
∎ To be Dedicated and Hard Work and must have team work capability
