Job Context:
∎ Ensure all the steps for registration, addition, movement, lost, physical verification and disposal of inventories/fixed assets in accordance with company policy;
∎ Comply guideline to the personnel involved with the inventory/Fixed Asset Management that all policy matter and information regarding inventory/ fixed assets is fully documented for Management reporting;
∎ Permanent after successfully completion of probationary period.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and communicate key financial and business analysis/support to management on capital expenditure and depreciation trends;
∎ Prepare fixed assets register, track and monitor fixed assets. Oversee equipment and machinery in multiple locations;
∎ Investigate issues affecting the company’s fixed assets/inventories and recommend ways of resolving them.
∎ Plan & supervise physical inventory/fixed assets taking and providing guideline to the reconciliation process between physical & actual data;
∎ Monitor the inventory/fixed assets aging and physical condition in order to reduce the “obsolescence”;
∎ Propose the Management for inventory/fixed assets write off in time;
∎ Establish digitalization of end-to-end process of inventory & fixed assets;
∎ Establish a standard inventory and fixed assets management process within cost efficient supply chain;
∎ Ensure accuracy of the inventory records (receipts/issue/write off etc.);
∎ Establish “re-order level” of all kinds of stock to reduce the excess or shortage of raw materials and an “optimum inventory holding” to reduce the working capital requirement;
∎ Process, analyze and prepare the reports for fixed asset addition, transfer, depreciation, disposal and asset register;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge of IAS-2 (Inventories) & IAS-16 (Property, Plant & Equipment);
∎ Strong time-management skills;
∎ Must be keen to details and can manage challenging tasks;
∎ Must be willing to work independently;
∎ Must be skilled in using MS Advance Excel and other office application software;
∎ Ability to multitask thinks;
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure;
∎ Good at work instruction preparation & computer reporting;
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills;
∎ Well conversant in English;
