∎ Having training on “Safety”, “Compliance” will get priority.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Induction/Orientation program of new join workers.
∎ Conduct counselling of Absentee/late/lunch-out/non discipline workers as referred by HR section, in view to reduce absenteeism, turn-over & discipline.
∎ Conduct counselling of the workers who seem inefficient and efficient workers are lagging behind efficiency as referred by the factory’s Line Management.
∎ Make monthly, yearly training schedule.
∎ Conduct all kinds of awareness & training program as per rules & buyers COC with maintain documentation as required.
∎ Arrange & coordinate other training program as required. 10. Daily floor monitoring, ensure hygienic, healthy & safe working environment.
∎ Monitoring & ensure healthy environment of worker canteen, wash room, toilet area, prayer room.
∎ Maintain all checklist as per company & buyers’ requirement.
∎ Conduct awareness through PA system every 2 hours interval about Health, Safety, discipline, company rules & other instruction.
∎ Collect all suggestions (if any) from Suggestion Box, documented into the register & keeps evidence and put up to Compliance Manager.
∎ Regular monitoring of pregnant women, Maternity Information, ensures the benefit on time.
∎ Monitoring the canteen environment.
∎ Arrange periodical Training for First Aider by in house Doctor.
∎ Any other task entrusted by the department head.
