Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and confirm goods received in the system daily basis
∎ Reconcile goods receive with physical vs system
∎ Prepare and send all required report related with goods receive and daily stock report
∎ Lead perpetual stock count (cycle count) on daily basis
∎ Ensure stock accuracy as per KPI (target)
∎ Prepare statement of daily breakage of stock and update system
∎ Prepare and maintain stock adjustment records and approvals
∎ Resolve all discrepancy related with receive goods from production and quality issue
∎ Take action based on SOP of customers complain goods
∎ Regular communication with production team, QA team and stock related feedback
∎ Daily monitoring of resorting lose stock and reconcile with system
∎ Regular H&S briefing with daily labors, forklift drivers and loading labors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ ERP/ Analytical
