Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC)
∎ Training/Trade Course: CA (CC) Partly Qualified,Tax VAT
∎ Skills Required: Income Tax and VAT, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax and VAT

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and VAT, CA CC, Corporate Affairs, Fair knowledge of TAX, Income Tax and VAT

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all compliance books and records as the Income Tax and VAT Laws require.
∎ Monitor all TDS/VDS deductions from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit them to the Govt. Exchequer within a stipulated time.
∎ Preparation & submission of VAT & Tax returns of income in due time along with the required documents.
∎ Preparation & submission of relevant returns under new section 177 (old-75A, 108 and 108 A.)
∎ Maintain all VAT related registers as per VAT Act 2012 and Rule 2016.
∎ Ensure timely payment of quarterly advance taxes.
∎ Provide TDS and VDS certificates against deduction.
∎ Prepare Mushak 9.1, 9.2, 4.3 and submit the same to VAT office.
∎ Review inventory management and guide to ensure Tax & VAT compliance of Factory & Branch offices.
∎ Examine and maintain financial records with necessary documentation as required by Income Tax and VAT Laws and prepare Audited Financial Statements.
∎ Maintain liaison with external auditors and consultants and provide documents and explanations against their queries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards
∎ Sound knowledge of Tax and VAT regulations and laws
∎ Critical thinking and analysis.
∎ Skilled in MS Office, Tally Software and ERP.
∎ Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics.
∎ Clear understanding of Accounting Principles.
∎ Good command of both English & Bengali.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Tax, VAT & Accounts.
