Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Service/ support, Technical Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Person should have Strong Technical competency in AC Installation procedure and to better understanding & identification of PCB related failure complaint / Premium / Hi-end Refrigerator product / WM Product Repair activity.
∎ Person should have minimum of 4-5 yrs. experience in Own and 3rd Party Training activity.
∎ He should have experience in Part and component failure analysis of the product and communication with Supplier to avail Free warranty Claims.
∎ He should have good knowledge of Excel (Pivot/ VLOOKUP up/excel formula), Power point
∎ He should have good conversant in Mail communication management
∎ He requires needs to travel 3rd Party locations in Bangladesh, as and when require to address chronic case, where 3rd party is unable to resolve the issue
∎ He needs to Prepare & Maintain Training Calendar for own and 3rd party vendors.
∎ He needs to coordinate with Principals, training academic team/ trainer to get update on Product Technical bulletin and Features.
∎ He needs to work on Repeated Repair Ratio and appropriate action to be taken for quality Repair and reduction in failure Ratio.
Salary: Negotiable
