Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IE -Planning, production, and operation activities Monitoring, and controlling the IE-related activities Study the worker's efficiency and identify their strengths, and weaknesses to enhance their skills.
∎ Formulate a production plan based on the Man-Machine Capacity study of the Machine layout to achieve optimum productivity maintaining the orders booking to ship responsibilities.
∎ SMV (Standard Minutes Value), Efficiency calculation and assigned a Target based on efficiency and SMV.
∎ Doing Predetermine Motion and Time Study and Maintaining monthly skill matrix.
∎ Prepare machine, and paper layout for every new style.
∎ Communicate always with the merchandising team, and solve every production-related issue.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production targets with Buyer-required quality standards.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and wastage reduction.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production and on-time shipment process.
∎ Set up sewing, and other lines, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
∎ Strictly follow up on hourly production and work to increase productivity.
∎ Monitoring daily productivity, and efficiency and Lost time study.
∎ Follow up daily, weekly, and monthly targets as well as meet shipment schedule.
∎ Reduce unnecessary production costs with developed standard procedures.
∎ Making a Layout of the machine with manpower distribution.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projections, requirements, and turnover.
∎ Set up and manage the Training line for trainee operators, cooperate with HR for skill tests in recruitment, and manage the skill assessment scheme for all production operators.
∎ Daily listing operator and operation for proper utilization of men, and machines, and Line balancing.
∎ Examination and analysis of the operation.
∎ Production study for increased productivity.
∎ Root cause analysis, and action plan for low efficient team.
∎ And any other Jodi assigned by management.
