Job Responsibilities:
∎ Routine inspections and diagnosis of equipment
∎ Performing preventative maintenance
∎ Handling basic repairs and maintenance along with routine maintenance
∎ Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
∎ Taking apart machines or devices to remove and replace defective parts
∎ Checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary
∎ Ability to maintain focus while working individually
∎ Time management skills are required
∎ Determining correct tools and equipment required to perform the job
∎ Provide written service reports, record repairs, warranty and maintenance to General Manager - Operations on all activities carried out on site and complete all required documentation in a timely manner
∎ Responsible for on-site training of customer personnel
∎ Build customer relationship in a professional manner through solution-oriented communications and service, providing both on-site and telephone support
∎ Work with management groups to resolve escalated problems
∎ Overtime may be necessary as work load dictates. This may include weekdays or weekends.
∎ Accept other responsibilities as requested or required by the Management of AEL

∎ Age at least 25 years
