Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in relevant discipline preferable from Journalism & Mass Communication, English from any recognized university/institute.
∎ Additional degree/training in the relevant area will be preferred.

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Activities related to Publications:
∎ Support publication teams to draw up timelines for producing a publication,
∎ Advise on copy editing and translation,
∎ Obtain quotations for design and print to help teams prepare budgets,
∎ Support the production of cost-effective publications. This includes: checking style content and design; monitoring the amendment process to prepare for final publication,
∎ Update CRP website with latest information, news or events,
∎ Take the assistance from experts so that information and contents to be uploaded or published are correct and authentic,
∎ Collect news items for CRP publications and website,
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant departments like printing press to ensure timely and quality publications,
∎ Monitor new trends in publications, production,
∎ Assist team members in making documentary and take photographs of CRP events for further usages like in publications and website.
∎ Activities related to Communication:
∎ Collect messages, news clips, media interviews or news relating/relevant to CRP,
∎ Write and edit in-house publications such as annual reports, case studies, magazines,
∎ Invite media for coverage of CRP events as & when asked by the management,
∎ Provide press release,
∎ Attend visitors and brief them about CRP and its activities,
∎ Attend queries and communicate accurate messages that portray CRP in good light to enhance the visibility of CRP,
∎ Arrange media partners and sponsors for holding events,
∎ Collect and prepare communication materials for external and internal visitors,
∎ Preserve all data and document and keep those readily available,
∎ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least two years of professional experience with successful track record in the relevant field.
∎ Outstanding proficiency in both written and spoken English,
∎ Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Good command in computer (i.e., MS-Office) is a must,
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill,
∎ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Salary: Tk. 26306 (Monthly)
