Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in estimating production costs and offer budgets.
∎ Organize workflow to meet specifications and production deadlines.
∎ Keep keen eye on all the Priparatory Section, SEP, Refinery Plant, Packaging Section & DORB Section by continuous visit at those areas.
∎ Train & update the knowledge of staffs on a regular basis.
∎ Utilize the manpower properly to reduce extra duties.
∎ Supervise performance of production personnel (i.e: Shift officers, Operators, quality inspectors, workers etc.).
∎ Prepare requisition for maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. as required and submit it through proper channel.
∎ Ensure that finished goods meets quality standards.
∎ Enforce health and safety precautions among the production team.

∎ Sound Interpersonal Skills
∎ Practical experience in using Microsoft Office package
