Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Complete and monitor action plans to support service development and continuous improvement
∎ Ensure field visit to monitor collection quality at chilling centers, check the quality of raw milk, data quality and various register at chilling centers
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
∎ Develop and implement the quality control procedures and guidelines to improve overall product quality
∎ Monitor and analyse milk collection processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
∎ Check cleanliness and hygienic condition of CC/CP and all equipment involved in raw milk collection
∎ Conduct training programs on quality raw milk collection, storing, hygiene and sanitation of CC/CP and equipment related to raw milk collection for the employees
∎ Check the quality of chemical, reagent and lab apparatus involved in raw milk collection and checking CIP of RMT, BMC and other equipment related to raw milk collection
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities, test results and take corrective measure
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Perform any other task as and when required by the respective authority
