Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate outbound logistics operations including order processing, shipment scheduling, and route planning.
∎ Monitor performance of distribution centers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure service levels and cost targets are met.
∎ Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods in line with customer and company expectations.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams to maintain efficient operations and resolve issues.
∎ Analyze distribution data and generate reports to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Implement and maintain safety and compliance procedures in line with company and regulatory standards.
∎ Support continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain and logistics processes.
∎ Address delivery-related customer complaints and coordinate resolutions promptly.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics performance reports for management.
