∎ We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Officer to join our company as HR and Accounts department. Ultimately, a top-notch Officer has a strong level of reviewing documents, guide company how to prepare HR and accounts related documents. In addition, the Officer will be managing the overall HR and accounts admission and maintain proper positive outcome.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make and implement Company HR policies.
∎ Issuing and circulating office order, office note as per management’s decision and HR and Admin policy.
∎ Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner and maintain Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database.
∎ Monitoring and keeping records of employee attendance and leaves.
∎ Prepare appointment letter/offer letter, schedule interviews, and support information and communication on recruitment in the office.
∎ Arrange & conduct the process of recruitment & selection according to company policy.
∎ To Maintain field force employee personal file, Cheque, Deed and others documents.
∎ Conduct new employee orientation program.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employer, employees and visitors.
∎ To develop and implement company polices as per company standard Code of Conducts.
∎ Conduct Disciplinary and Domestic enquirers ensuring maintenance of proper procedures according to company policy.
∎ To Maintain office administration activities and support.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Maintain a full set of accounts of the company and Cooperation in maintaining the accounting.
∎ Establish, monitor and enforce financial controls and procedures in accordance with company policies.
∎ Record All the purchase and sales Data.
∎ Record all the payment transactions by providing exact details.
∎ Submit the tax, VAT return to the NBR
∎ Prepare, review and analyze financial statements of the company
∎ Track & maintain Accounts receivable and payable
∎ Manage cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
∎ Prepare financial reports for management
∎ Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
∎ Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
∎ Provide financial advice and support to management
∎ Analyze financial data and identify trends
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of Managing HR
∎ Must have sound knowledge of accounting software.
∎ Must know how to keep purchase, stock and sales records.
∎ Sound knowledge about vat, tax, and tax returns.
∎ Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English and Bangla.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts & Finance, VAT, Audit & Tax related jobs.
∎ Must have good in English and Bangla,
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office applications.
∎ Able to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
