Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements.
∎ Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
∎ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
∎ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs as required.
∎ Create compelling and effective designs, print and digital media.
∎ Editing product images, Background removal, Background Design.
∎ Creating social media content and banners for promotions.
∎ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphics.
∎ Test graphics across various media.
∎ Amend designs after feedback.
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design or Fine Arts would be an added advantage.
∎ Have to be Creative, Energetic & Smart.
∎ Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or other equivalent software.
∎ Keen eye for design and aesthetics.
∎ Eagerness to acquire new techniques and technology to enhance skills.
∎ Exceptional visual and conceptual abilities to solve problems creatively.
∎ Organizational prowess and effective prioritization skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
∎ Strong team player capable of seamless collaboration with team members.
