Job Context:
∎ Transcom Beverages Limited, the franchisee of PepsiCo for Bangladesh is looking for dynamic and competent professional to fill the mentioned position for Gazipur Plant.
∎ The candidate must have in-depth knowledge with clear understanding of Distribution & Shipping Operation, SOPs & compliance, warehouse management, Distribution Channel, inventory management and best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring and monitoring area wise order and volume delivery.
∎ Maintain good control over inventory stock levels, safety stocks, arrange for regular replenishment;
∎ Preparing delivery schedule and maintain delivery route plan;
∎ Ensuring availability of transports and manage contracts with supplier to serve entire distribution network and also source the transporters for the same.
∎ Checking distributions related complain from distributor's & sales team.
∎ Communicating with distribution channel regarding operational & market issues & build strong relation with channels.
∎ Analyzing performance statement of various Distribution centers under control and take corrective actions.
∎ Maintaining and ensuring depot stock and taking action according to need base.
∎ Monitoring & Supervising, warehouse safety, security & administration.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower working under Distribution & Shipping.
∎ Preparing warehouse productivity report (nationally, loading case per man/hr)
∎ Warehouse auditing and maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal & Compliance requirements.
∎ Tracking Claim settlement disbursement report
∎ Handling customer complaints and initiating necessary measures.
∎ Making Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Delivery plan according to Sales Forecast.
∎ Warehouse auditing and maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal & Compliance requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 5-7 years working experience in the area of supply chain, logistic or distribution from any reputed FMCG company.
∎ Sound knowledge on computerized inventory management system.
∎ Able to effectively lead and influence complex supply chain situation.
∎ Ability to handle inventory of FMCG Company.
∎ Having good and pleasant interpersonal skills and proven leadership qualities.
∎ Strong & effective communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office.
Salary: Negotiable
