∎ BBA/MBA or Equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selected candidates will have to take ownership of the sales process starting from Order Receiving to Product Delivery.
∎ Ensure timely and flawless execution of Sales Documentation.
∎ Attend to various queries from customers relating to sales promotion, product availability, price confirmation, delivery information, etc.
∎ Assist in regular warehouse operations and reporting
∎ Will be responsible for Preparation and Reconciliation of Delivery Statement of Warehouse
∎ Drive customer satisfaction by demonstrating ownership and managing key cross functional interfaces with sales, supply chain, logistics, etc.
∎ Be an ambassador to build strong customer relationships, gain an understanding for their business, service needs, and leverage this to be a trusted advisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
∎ Strong Customer Service Skills
∎ Working experience in SAP & ERP implementation
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills
∎ An Effective Team Player
∎ Excellent Time Management Skills
∎ Adaptable and Able to Work Under Pressure
∎ Strong Analytical, Organizational, Project, and Process Management Skills
∎ Ability to Work Independently and Proactively
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Prerequisite qualifications will be relaxed for truly deserving candidates
