∎ Fluency in English and Hindi speaking will get preference
∎ Fresh Graduates (Females Preferable)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Officer for our Customer Relations Department
∎ Location: Homestead Gulshan Link Tower, Gulshan Badda Link Road, Gulshan-1, Dhaka
∎ Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 9.30 am - 6.30 pm (With 1-hour lunch break)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to Day activity assigned by the reporting supervisor
∎ Performing basic customer relation management through phone calls and online portal
∎ Keeping tracks of queries by potential clients
∎ Must be good in MS Office
∎ Good Communication and verbal speaking skills

Salary:
∎ As per Company policy
