Educational Requirements:
∎ BA/BBA in Communications/E-commerce/International Business/Marketing or any related field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactively design communications for various areas of the website, app, and social media platforms to inform customers of changes in e-commerce services.
∎ Regularly analyse e-commerce orders and ensure all orders are processed by order management team.
∎ Identify problematic orders and develop segmented contact lists to ensure customers are updated about their orders.
∎ Ensure the e-commerce platform has correctly updated order tracking statuses.
∎ Raise and handle customer service tickets of challenging orders and ensure customers are provided with an appropriate resolution.
∎ Regularly coordinate with call centre, social media query team, and e-mail responders to ensure communications are appropriately synced.
∎ Prepare customer satisfaction surveys and develop presentations for management.
∎ Assist in designing customer satisfaction initiatives.
∎ Assist in campaign and services FAQ document preparations.
∎ Assist in preparing updated standardized communication scripts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year.
∎ Must have excellent English writing skills.
