∎ Master/Graduate in any discipline from any reputed public / private university. Business Background will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English, Good Ms office and Emailing skill

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing commercial documents as per L/C terms & conditions and follow up till the return of the documents value.
∎ Capable of doing all sorts of works related to Customs & Bond like preparing Utilization Permission (UP), Customs Audit & Renewal Process.
∎ Up consumption for raw materials qty & balance qty.
∎ Yearly / urgent basis Raw materials requirement to be collected from Customs.
∎ Should Know how to work with Software data entry.
∎ Prepare custom bond register entry as per import & UP consumption.
∎ Monitor and manage L/C related works with L/C opening banks.
∎ Responsible for Export & back-to-back LC functions & processes.
∎ Coordinate with Banks Officials as well as customers.
∎ To ensure all commercial activities (e.g., issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions, shipment conditions, communication with parties, payment realization etc.)
∎ Export execution communicating with all concerned parties and maintain all related documentation till payment realization.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Female are highly encouraging to apply.
∎ Should have good knowledge in commercial.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding.
∎ Negotiation skill with authority and finalize, Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc.
∎ Ability to work as team player and work under pressure.
