Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and maintain tracking on Fixed Assets Management including IT Assets.
∎ Assist in telecommunications and SIM card management. Record staff threshold approved limit.
∎ Assist protocol services to foreign delegates, visitors, donors and maintain liaison with different government bodies at local and Dhaka level.
∎ Prepare visitor's schedule, keep updated visitor's list.
∎ Prepare formal invitation of foreign visitors, donors, UN delegates.
∎ Work on coordination of air ticket, accommodation and different logistics arrangement for guest and visitors.
∎ Arrange camp and host community visit for visitor.
∎ Liaise with respective internal authorities and external counterparts regarding transportation & accommodation for VIPs, guests and delegates.
∎ Keep updated on government policy/ circular/ rules and regulations.
∎ Ensure necessary protocol and maintain liaison with national and foreign visitors.
∎ Maintain liaison between BRAC and GO, NGOs and UN agencies.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Have willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Have ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
∎ Have excellent knowledge on Office Applications.
∎ Have excellent language skills both English and Bengali.
