Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring employees daily attendance & TA/DA.
∎ Documentation and maintaining of existing, previous and potential clients information's.
∎ Preparing price quotation for potential clients.
∎ Contact with potential customer's over phone.
∎ Maintaining employees personal file as per the guideline of HR Department.
∎ Preparing various report as per requirements of Management.
∎ Ability to prepare official papers like letter, memo, voucher etc.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint and good in email writing
∎ Negotiation Skills
∎ Smart and Dedicated

Salary: Negotiable
