Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide comprehensive support to achieve branch budget targets for key performance indicators, including Total Operating Income (TO), Contribution Margin III (CM III), Volumes and Contribution Margin V (CM V).
∎ Tight control of costs to optimize financial efficiency. Monitor volume performance and ensure timely carrier payments within credit limits.
∎ Analyze DACHSER ERP data, produce daily Quality reports, and proactively address issues.
∎ Prevent client/business loss due to service, operational, or process issues.
∎ Lead and guide Customer Service team, delegating tasks and ensuring clarity.
∎ Enhance staff productivity by managing increased files per staff ratio.
∎ Supervise specialized shipments (VAL, Cool Chain, High Value, Odd sized, DGR).
∎ Enforce compliance with DACHSER policies for DGR, Embargoes, Forbidden Goods, etc.
∎ Weekly meetings with 2 new target customers and 2 existing customers.
∎ Collaborate with sales team for customer engagement and retention efforts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Proven experience in sea freight operations and management.
∎ Strong analytical skills and the ability to review and control costs effectively.
∎ Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
∎ In-depth knowledge of industry compliance regulations and best practices.
∎ Proficiency in using relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
