Responsibilities & Context:
To duly manage and monitor activities of nursing staffs
To propose to ensure obtaining of training in workplace, skill and required knowledge for performance of present and future duty of nurses
To ensure information/ statistics as per requirement and properly necessary record keeping
To conduct BCC functions among staffs under subordination in order to ensure health education and communicative relation with them, notice of required information of patients and their companions
To play role in quality standard waste management of hospital
To undertake other duties given by higher authority.
