Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing
∎ Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery
∎ B.Sc in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Clinical Nursing, Nursing Lab
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Nursing Lab Assistant will help the nursing instructors/lecturers with tasks related to preparing the simulation lab for clinical assignment, organizing and maintaining laboratory supplies and preparing the simulation equipment for use.
∎ Ensuring that simulation labs are well-organized, clean and orderly at all times.
∎ Management of supply inventory, ordering and restocking supplies to support simulation session activities and conduct routine inventory updates.
∎ Simulation equipment maintenance: cleaning, quality assurance checks and requesting repair.
∎ Assist with facilitation of simulation logistics such as scheduling, room assignments, equipment allocation, student daily simulation schedules, etc.
∎ Conduct ongoing maintenance of all simulation equipment, including cleaning, repairing, assuring that all equipment is maintained in good working order at all times.
∎ Provide recommendations for budgeting and purchase of equipment, supplies and materials.
∎ Assist faculty with the development of new skills modules.
∎ Perform and document assays according to standard operating procedures and in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
∎ Perform other related duties as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of general and critical nursing care performed in acute condition and community settings
∎ Previous experience is an advantage.
∎ This position demands a dynamic individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding and fast paced environment
∎ Good coordination skill.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in Bangla & English and conversant with the MS-Excel, MS-Word, Internet and e-mail correspondences.
∎ Must have the ability to write Bengali typing accurately.
∎ Ability to multi-task and prioritize
∎ Ability to work as part of a team
