Responsibilities & Context:
Arrange for the smooth running of the institute`s teaching program.
Ensure maximum student attendance in all classes.
Conduct students` practical sessions, assignments, class tests, and short tests.
Ensure that students preparing for examinations meet all the required criteria.
Teach and motivate students to adopt professional ethics, proper manners, and punctuality.
Responsible for attending theory classes, practical sessions, and clinical practice.
Maintain a clean and tidy environment within the institute.
Create lesson plans, prepare scripts, design educational syllabus, and develop presentations for students.
Make all academic materials available within the institution.
Ensure a high-quality educational environment.
Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
