∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years as a Nursing Supervisor / Unit Manager / In-Charge
∎ B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institute; Nursing registration required
∎ Strong command over clinical nursing procedures, protocols, and aseptic technique
∎ Excellent verbal and written English communication
∎ Computer proficiency: Must be able to use email, MS Office (Excel), and hospital EMR software (training will be provided)
∎ Familiar with nursing documentation practices, daily audits, and report generation
∎ Ability to handle shift scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance management

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise all nurses under IPD, OPD, Dialysis, and Emergency care
∎ Prepare and manage weekly/monthly duty rosters for nursing staff
∎ Conduct daily “huddles” and weekly clinical training sessions for continuous staff improvement
∎ Ensure proper patient documentation and nursing records following modern, patient-centric standards
∎ Oversee and audit drug administration charts, patient records, and discharge notes
∎ Provide counseling and discharge instruction to patients and families
∎ Monitor and improve service quality, cleanliness, infection control, and patient comfort
∎ Generate and submit daily/weekly reports on nursing KPIs and patient care outcomes using EMR or hospital software
∎ Coordinate with OT, Pathology, Doctors, Consultants, HR, IT, and Administration to ensure smooth interdepartmental workflow
∎ Lead incident response or escalation for patient safety concerns, grievances, or operational disruptions
∎ Liaise with the hospital Clinical Director to implement service improvements and updates
∎ As the Nursing In-Charge, you will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing services of the IPD, OPD, Dialysis, and Emergency departments. Your goal will be to ensure a high standard of patient care, safety, clinical documentation, and nursing efficiency aligned with national healthcare guidelines.
∎ Key Responsibilities include:
