Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide first aid and basic medical care to workers during working hours.
- Maintain accurate health records and assist with medical leave documentation.
- Conduct health awareness sessions on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Monitor sanitation and hygiene conditions across the factory premises.
- Support female workers with menstrual health, prenatal/postnatal guidance, and counseling.
- Respond to workplace emergencies and coordinate referrals to hospitals when needed.
- Assist HR with pre-employment medical checks and return-to-work fitness assessments.
- Organize vaccination drives and routine health screenings in collaboration with local health authorities.
- Prepare monthly health reports and support compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and provide empathetic support for sensitive health issues.
