Position: Aesthetic Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate and interact with patients, attendants, physicians, and other service users to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

• Perform patient assessments, assist in rounds, accurately carry out doctors’ orders, and maintain proper documentation.

• Demonstrate proficiency in handling medical equipment and ensure its safe utilization.

• Assist in aesthetic procedures including medical lasers, skin, and hair therapies.

• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives in nursing and patient care practices.

• Follow infection control protocols and biomedical waste management guidelines strictly.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.

• Ensure timely indenting and proper stock management.

• Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the field of aesthetic dermatology is highly preferred.

• Candidates with relevant experience in aesthetic clinics will be given priority.
