Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Guiding patients and co-workers on health-related issues as per doctor's prescription.
∎ Provide necessary treatment support to the employees.
∎ Assessing patients and gaining their trust with the help of regular Counseling and relations.
∎ Able to Check up pulses, temperatures, blood pressure and blood sugar (RBS).
∎ Routine Health Checkups of Factory employees.
∎ Monitoring and administering medication prescribed by the doctor.
∎ Monitoring the maternity health of pregnant employees.
∎ Writing daily treatment, sick worker records and maintaining all kinds of medical registers.
∎ Providing emotional support to patients and patient attendance.
∎ Assist the doctor during first aid and other related training.
∎ Training and counseling of workers for better health.
∎ Monitoring patients’ progress.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure.
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
