Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure nursing and health care of the patient in PHC /SC/Hospital setting on a 24/7 Roster basis.
∎ Responsibility to initiate emergency treatment, stabilization of patients, and ensuring adequate patient monitoring in all medical departments as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and National Guidelines·
∎ Responsible for dressing wounds, minor injuries, and skin infections, and administering drugs as prescribed by physicians/consultants.
∎ Help to assist in the Referral/transfer of sick patients and the safe handover of patients.
∎ Responsible for maintaining excellent infection control standards at the facility level·
∎ Knowledge and willingness to participate in humanitarian activities.·

∎ Monitor and review performance improvement activities in nursing functions and supervise specialized training programs for nursing staff
