Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform regular assessments of patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels, through physical examinations and medical history reviews.
∎ Coordinate with laboratory services for regular blood tests and monitoring.
∎ Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in condition.
∎ Document all nursing care provided, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
