Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
∎ Lead and supervise a team of junior nursing staff, ensuring adherence to nursing protocols and standards.
∎ Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and ensure proper implementation.
∎ Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
∎ Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and health management.
∎ Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including progress reports and care documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Participate in staff training and development programs to improve nursing skills and knowledge.
∎ Handle critical situations and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
