Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide direct patient care to newborns in the NICU·
∎ Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
∎ Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans·
∎ Educate parents on newborn care and provide emotional support
∎ Maintain accurate and complete patient records
∎ Participate in quality improvement initiatives
