Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should understand batch operation philosophy and ability to handle automated or semi-automated batch operation individually.
∎ Prepare production report, inventory report and other production related documents for day to day operation.
∎ Supervise and motivate operators and workers during operation.
∎ Practices and promotes safe work habits and adheres to safety procedures and guidelines and Sets up for each activity according to standard operating procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to learn quickly, work at a fast pace, keep a positive attitude and manage stressful situations with professionalism.
∎ Experience in blending or batch process.
∎ Working knowledge on MS Office
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
