Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Flutter/Dart for mobile app development.
• Experience shipping on Android & iOS.
• SQL & NoSQL knowledge (plus).
• Solid understanding of Android API levels and iOS versions.
• Hands-on with Google Play & App Store publishing.
• Clear concept of MethodChannel for native integrations.
• REST API consumption and backend integration.
• Experience with POS hardware, SDKs, or payment device integration (preferred).
• State management: Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.
• Firebase and/or local storage (e.g., Hive, SQLite).
• Git version control and Agile workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Flutter apps (POS register and store-owner admin).

• Integrate with diverse APIs; ensure smooth communication with SaaS modules.

• Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and offline-first reliability.

• Collaborate with backend and full-stack teams to deliver features.

• Work with device SDKs and semi-integrated payment devices (e.g., Ingenico).

• Debug and resolve POS hardware/software integration issues.

• Ensure app security and compliance for financial transactions.

• Write clean, testable, well-documented code.

Preferred (Bonus)

• Semi-integrated POS devices (Ingenico, Verifone).

• Offline-first mobile design patterns (important for POS).

• End-to-end mobile deployment experience.

• Understanding of the retail/POS domain.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience (Flutter preferred).
