Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated mid-level React Native developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in React Native development, as well as a strong understanding of mobile app development best practices.
∎ As a React Native developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality mobile apps for our clients. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver top-notch mobile solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
∎ Office Hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
∎ 1 Month Probation
∎ Paid Assessment

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop, and test user interfaces for mobile applications using React Native.
∎ Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise during the development process.
∎ Collaborate with the product and design teams to build intuitive and visually appealing mobile applications.
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
∎ Implement mobile application features using the latest best practices and technologies.
∎ Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team productivity.
∎ Work closely with the backend team to integrate the mobile application with the server-side logic.
∎ Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and standards of the codebase.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in mobile development.
∎ Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
∎ Regular update and maintain the apps to playstore and appstore.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Need to have a MacOS enabled device. Please do not apply if you do not have any.
∎ Strong understanding of mobile app development best practices
∎ Proficiency in JavaScript and React
∎ Experience with Redux and/or MobX for state management
∎ Experience with native Android and iOS development a plus
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
