Responsibilities & Context:
∎ উইন্ডোজ অপারেটিং সিস্টেম ম্যানেজ ও পরিচালনা।
∎ MS Word, MS Excel টাইপিং এ সুপার ফাস্ট হতে হবে।
∎ ফাইল ম্যানেজমেন্ট,টাইপিং (বাংলা ও ইংরেজি উভয় ভাষায়) মাইক্রোসফট অফিসপ্রোগ্রাম- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook ইন্টারনেট ও ই-মেইল সম্পর্কে অভিজ্ঞতা।
