Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for an energetic person who is ready to take challenges to join us as a Merchandiser and expedite various production operations.
∎ Make master production plan.
∎ Work closely with the design team to make the production plan and for approval of the production sample.
∎ Coordinate production requirements from merchandising till shipment.
∎ Manage the sourcing team and quality control team.
∎ Monitor production and ensures time schedule and quality of garments.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge of sourcing various high quality fabric and accessories.
∎ Must also have excellent knowledge of various vendors for sewing, washing, printing, and others.
∎ Make sure all fabrics and accessories are in house on time for production.
∎ Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors.
∎ Evaluate vendor's capability; keep track of vendor's performance.
∎ Do costing, fabric consumption, fabric prices and price offers from factories.
∎ Ensure proper costing and negotiation with vendors.
∎ Responsible for identifying the opportunities of cost saving.
∎ To follow-up Cutting, Print & Embroidery work properly to ensure smooth production.
∎ Responsible for tracking the processes and timely delivery to meet the quality expectations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill in English
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, MS-Excel, Internet
∎ Self-motivated, confident and proactive
∎ Focused and detail oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have continuous learning mind set
Salary:
