∎ M.S in professional course of Educational or Counseling Psychology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Observe Employee’s mental health, Organizational behavior and holistic well-being of the employees of Ascent Group.
∎ Provide Counseling or psychotherapy to employees who experience mental health issues (emotional/behavioral) and follow up as per the necessity.
∎ Maintain required documentation of counseling/psychotherapy sessions with employees;
∎ Conduct workshops with employees to create awareness on MH and to develop resilience
∎ Report to the HR authority and maintain correspondences about the activities as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Required Experience in counseling or psychotherapy.
∎ Advance degree / training in Counseling or Psychotherapy.
Salary: Negotiable
