Experience:
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Monitor daily sales performance and analyze trends
Promote high-margin and fast-moving medicines and healthcare products
Introduce loyalty programs, discounts, and seasonal promotions
Ensure optimum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
Track expiry dates and manage near-expiry or dead stock
Coordinate timely procurement from distributors and manufacturers
Maintain accurate inventory using pharmacy management software
Ensure compliance with drug laws, pharmacy regulations, and licensing requirements
Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, cold chain)
Supervise handling of prescription and controlled medicines
Ensure accurate billing, labeling, and record keeping
Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacists, sales staff, and helpers
Assign duties and manage staff schedules
Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and POS systems
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
Ensure excellent customer service and patient counseling standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Build long-term relationships with regular customers and clinics
Promote health awareness and wellness initiatives
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and schemes with suppliers
