Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and ensure smooth operation of the Biochemistry Laboratory.
Monitor quality control and maintain accuracy of laboratory reports.
Interpret biochemical investigations and provide consultation support to clinicians.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and protocols.
Guide and supervise laboratory technologists and staff.
Participate in academic, training, and research activities.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting procedures.
