Experience:

SKS Hospital a sister concern of SKS Foundation is going to recruit the following position for it`s intervention. Medical Technologist (LAB) oversee all day-to-day Lab operations. Medical Technologist (LAB) work full-time hours during all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. The Medical Technologist (LAB) reports directly to the Team Leader of SKS Diagnostic.
Specimen Handling: Receiving, processing, and preparing patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) for testing.
Performing Tests: Conducting various laboratory tests using automated and manual methods, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
Quality Control: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control procedures and instrument maintenance. @ Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing test results, interpreting findings, and reporting results to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Equipment Maintenance: Operating, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment.
Inventory Management: Maintaining adequate supplies of reagents and materials for testing.
Communication: Communicating effectively with colleagues, Physicians, and patients regarding test results and procedures.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical problems with laboratory equipment and procedures.
Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations, laboratory policies, and HIPAA guidelines.
