∎ MBBS (Must have valid BMDC registration)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years in reputed hospital in Chittagong or other districts.
∎ Others,
∎ Must have good computer skill.
∎ Hospital software literacy is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Be responsible for handling all categories of patients individually.
∎ Must hand over to the responsible next duty doctor physically.
∎ Developing and implementing effective treatment plans, considering patient conditions and medical guidelines.
∎ Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.
∎ Ensuring consistent and accurate documentation of medical records for all patients takes place.
∎ Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Medical officers are responsible for planning, implementing and directing clinical services.
∎ Must be prepared to respond to emergency situations. This includes providing front line medical care during crises such as natural disasters and pandemics.
∎ Maintaining & adjusting duty roster with RMO/MO.
∎ Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.
∎ It is mandatory to wear a doctor's apron when on duty time.· Develop and maintain effective communication with physicians, Consultants, patients and colleagues.
∎ Complying with management decision, policy and uphold the company brand.
∎ Must perform duties as per guideline from CMO, Medical Director & Head of Medical Services.
