Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position will be responsible to provide medical and clinical services from Health centres (PHC and Health post) in the field and ensuing proper treatment to the beneficiaries under the supervision of Manger, clinical services, Health & Nutrition, HCMP.
∎ Provide daily medical consultation to the camp people.
∎ Refer complicated severe cases to upazila health complex or other facilities.
∎ Act as focal point for the appointed health centre when on duty.
∎ Ensure effective coordination and communication within the programme
∎ Prepare and submit daily reports and submit requisitions accordingly.
∎ Represent Health and Nutrition programme in different meetings.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
