Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Skills Required: Adaptability, Computer skill, Good Communication Skill in Both English Bengali

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure medical treatment for all workers, staffs and officers at factory/ evaluate a patient's symptoms, and determine the most appropriate course of treatment to address them/ refer to the hospital if deemed necessary.
∎ Maintain regularly updated patient medical records that document all evaluations, medications, treatments, test results and other records.
∎ Prescribe medications and inform patients of all possible risks, complications and interference with other medications they may be taking, if any.
∎ Supervise and evaluate Medical Assistants/ Nurses to ensure full compliance with regulations and make sure that the current medical center is as effective as possible.
∎ Consult patients on topics such as proper nutrition, fitness and hygiene to assist them in making informed decisions and taking good care of their health.
∎ Check health status of babies at child care and suggest balanced diet for the children if require.
∎ Analysis disease records, identify the root-cause and take necessary action to reduce the number of cases/ patients.
∎ Provide first aid, CPR, etc life-saving training.
∎ Medical test for new joins as per compliance.
∎ Conduct awareness program regularly among the factory workers on various health issues.
∎ Keep record and take care of pregnant workers and taking good care of them
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ The candidate having MBBS degree from Govt Medical College is preferred.
∎ Those who are not interested to work in factory, need not apply
