∎ MBBS from a recognized institution is required.
∎ Postgraduate qualification (MD / MS / FCPS or equivalent) is required.

∎ Minimum 10 years of experience as Medical Director in a reputed hospital.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide Clinical leadership and direction for all medical activities within the hospital and diagnostic.
∎ Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety measures are maintainedin all departments.
∎ Supervise and manage medical teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement medical policies, protocols and procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operation of the Laboratory (Pathology, Radiology, Blood Bank) to ensure high quality service.
∎ Oversee training and performance of medical staffs to maintain a competent and motivated team.
∎ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback to the healthcare team.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers.
∎ Manage the hospital's budget related to medical services and ensure efficient resource allocation.
∎ Represent the hospital in medical forums, conferences and with regulatory bodies when needed.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in medical practices and technologies.
