∎ Fall risk assessment/prevention.General medicine expertise.
∎ IV TherapyNational patient safety goals/core measures.
∎ Nebulizer treatments.
∎ Obtaining cultures for septic workup (e.g. blood, sputum, catheter tips).
∎ Obtaining peripheral venous blood.
∎ Patient rights.Performing complex dressing changes.
∎ Restraints/use of least restrictive device.
∎ Seizure precautions.
∎ Specimen collection.
∎ Strong understanding of first aid and emergency care.
∎ Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and efficiency.
∎ Good communication skills in [language, e.g., Bengali and English].

∎ Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
∎ Administer basic treatments and medications under the supervision of a Medical Officer or independently.
∎ Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain accurate health records for employees.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing health and safety programs to promote workplace wellness.
∎ Coordinate with hospitals or clinics in case of critical emergencies requiring advanced care.
∎ Educate employees on health-related topics, including hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
∎ Ensure medical equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
∎ Comply with all legal and company-specific health and safety regulations.
