Experience:

• At least 2 years

• A diploma in Medical Faculty from a recognized institution.

• Valid BMDC (Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council) Registration Certificate.

• Must be registered under the State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh.

• At least 2 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in any recognized health centre, clinic, or industry-based medical service.

• Knowledge of basic first aid, occupational health, and industrial health safety is preferred

• Good computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Conduct daily health check-ups and maintain workers’ health records.

• Provide first aid and emergency treatment to injured or ill workers at the workplace.

• Support in health awareness, vaccination, and periodic medical examination programs.

• Maintain proper documentation of medical cases and report serious incidents to management.

• Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the medical room, equipment, and medicines.

• Liaise with nearby hospitals or clinics for referral and emergency cases.

• Participate in workplace safety meetings and advise on occupational health issues.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with ILO, WHO, and Government Health & Safety Regulations.

• Support management in promoting health, hygiene, and wellness programs.

• Maintain confidentiality of all medical and personal information.
