Educational Requirements:
∎ Paramedical Course from any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Medical Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily medical support to the employees of the factory.
∎ Provide necessary treatment and advice to the employees as and when required.
∎ Maintain daily treatment records of sickness and other related issues of the employees.
∎ Respond immediately during emergencies & provide first aid treatment.
∎ Report all accidents, injury, first aid cases to site & corporate management and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Execute clinical assessment the of illness & injury.
∎ Review physical exams reports for ensuring the fitness for performing duties.
∎ Maintain inventory of medicines, first aid boxes, supplies and equipment and order replacements as identified.
∎ Conduct hygiene & sanitation training to the catering staffs.
∎ Conduct health awareness programs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the employees with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable
