∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ B.Sc ( Mechanical) or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General Worker, Machine Operator, Maintenance, Quality
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To minimize the idle time of machines by preventing break downs of machines.
∎ Plan for routine and preventive maintenance programme.
∎ Cleaning and Lubrication of machines by following the standards procedure.
∎ Knowledge of different types of bearings, bushes, gears and their applicability.
∎ Reduce the sound and vibration levels emitted from machines.
∎ Knowledge of installation of machines.
∎ Must utilize the mechanics to the fullest.
∎ Capable of handling the mechanics maintaining the rules of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years of working experience preferably in Jute Mills.
∎ Fresh candidates having passed B.Sc.( Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may also apply.
∎ Remuneration - Depends on the experience and qualification of the candidates.
∎ Must be able to achieve the desired level of standards.
∎ Innovative ideas for development will be an added advantage.
